Happy Mother's Day!!! I had a great Mother's day today. I felt like it was my first since it was the first time since Cooper was born that Tristan was actually home. Cooper made me some flowers and Tristan bought me a new lens for my camera which I had lots of fun trying out. I can't wait until it's nice out again so I can take it outside.
I have been lazy lately so I haven't been posting. Basically I have a ton of pictures on my camera but I haven't put them on my computer yet. Today however I ran my first 10km race and my Dad took pictures so I have some to share. I don't know my time yet but I think it was better than I expected. I honestly had a good time and will be doing another one soon.
So after we remodeled the bathroom we ended up storing a bunch of the supplies in the tub. That mixed with the dust from cutting the tiles etc. made it an unsafe place to actually have a bath. The task of cleaning out the tub seem far too daunting so it has taken me a few weeks to muster the courage to do it. The kids have been showering in our bathroom and they can finally have baths in their bathroom again. Yay!
My dancing queen! I can't wait until this little girl is old enough to start dance class. All she does is talk about how she is a ballerina and gets people to watch her dance like a ballerina. Ahhh she's my dream daughter.
Cooper showing off his new soccer shoes. My kids have new cleats and balls and seem to want to put the shoes on and run around the house kicking the balls. I can't wait until the season starts and they start doing it outside.
I can't take credit for today's pics. My parents took the kids to Port Stanley today on a whim and my Dad took these. At first we didn't know what we would do today but Tristan ended up grouting the bathroom, I cleaned and got lots of bags together to donate and I ran almost 8k at the park.
I finally figured out how to watermark photos in lightroom. Unfortunately when I extracted the file, it watermarked every single pic in my lightroom folder. Uggh!
Today we had an awesome day off. We went to the park, flew some planes, decorated eggs and rode some bikes. The weather was amazing! We couldn't have asked for a better day.
